Pros: I want to start off by saying that this product has reduced UTIs in my male cat. UTIs are extremely painful and can quickly rack up a vet bill. I was able to take him off of c/d food (bad for weight) and put him on a higher quality food + UT Support without him getting anymore infections. He finds the tablets delicious and can easily eat them when I cut them in half with a pill cutter. My cat was UTI free with only half a pill in the morning and the other half at night.

Cons: This product needs a warning label for animals with kidney disease or pets taking medications. You really need to be aware of the ingredients in these tablets. All of the 10 active ingredients have diuretic properties. This is harsh on the kidneys and you need to consult your vet before giving it to your cat. One of my male cats had to have two urinary tract surgery's a week before Christmas about 3 years ago - cost me $450+! The vet wanted me to give him Amitriptyline to relax him so he could urinate after the surgery. It was a nightmare trying to get him to take it. I searched the web and found this product instead. It took a few weeks of using this product but he eventually started urinating normally. Now I give it to him and another male I have every day as a preventative. They love the taste and come running when I shake the bottle. The urinary tract problem has not re-occurred. I used to buy it at Pet Smart but can't find it there anymore. Amazon had a great price, free shipping and it came in about a week.

I was VERY hesitant to buy these. My male cat, Aki, had some bad cases of UTI, but two months ago he had a REALLY bad case, it almost wouldn't go away. I've been so stressed and depressed. My biggest fear was to put him down, and he's no older than 5 years old, not to mention he's my very first cat I've ever had.
I was hesitant to buy these because he's notoriously picky with treats and refuses to take any sort of pill. But I risked it and bought one bottle from Amazon. I want my Aki to be healthy and happy again.
I let him smell the bottle and the contents inside (phew, stinky to me!), so he could be familiar with something he'll be taking. I was overjoyed that he showed such keen interest in it, and I just about cried when he happily ate two tablets. I didn't need to break them up, he was capable of breaking them himself. I give him two every other night, right after his dinner.
