I've been using ClearTract for about six months now, and it amazingly has been a "miracle drug" for me. Cleartract is actually D-mannose, a type of sugar, but it is safe even for diabetics because D-Mannose isn't metabolized, so it doesn't interfere with blood sugar regulation. D-Mannose creates no disruption or imbalance in normal body microflora so it won't make you more prone to a yeast infection like antibiotics often do. I highly recommend it.
